Why would you fine-tune a model in Bedrock?

To improve response accuracy for domain specific scenarios

Explanation

Fine-tuning customizes a model for specialized cases using labeled data.  Fine-tuning may actually increase compute costs because of the extra training required, and it will not improve latency.  You would not use fine-tuning in Bedrock for images.
