I am a self-motivated and result-oriented Information Technology expert and leader with over 25 years of experience spanning technical architecture and business domains. Based in Melbourne, Australia, I specialize in translating complex business needs into high-impact, integrated digital solutions.


Throughout my career, I have successfully navigated the intersection of Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Solution Architecture. My background includes over 26 years of managing complex integration projects and deep-dive experience in software architecture and business analysis


Expertise & Professional Journey

Currently, I serve as a Manager at Deloitte Australia, where I lead cross-functional solutioning initiatives for government, telecommunications, and banking clients. My journey has been defined by leadership roles at global organizations including Etisalat, Vodafone, and IBM, where I have spearheaded everything from end-to-end product delivery to enterprise architecture strategy.


My technical foundation is backed by a PhD in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo, with research focused on Requirements Engineering, IoT, and Software Architecture. I am also a Certified AWS AI Practitioner and Architect Associate, holding additional certifications in Agile (SAFe Scrum Master) and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt).
