RUP Iteration — Two Ways

(1) Each individual phase may be enacted in an iterative way, with the results developed incrementally within that phase,Iteration within a phase

(2) The whole set of phases may be enacted incrementally, with the process repeating from Transition back to Inception,Iteration across all phases
