To round a number to the nearest ten

We locate the in the tens column.  If the to the right of that column (the digit in the ones column) is 5 or greater, we round by increasing the tens digit by 1 and replacing the with 0.  If the is less than 5, we round by leaving the tens digit unchanged and replacing the with 0
