Requirements Analyzer (Advanced AI)

Save hours of requirements analysis. Our tool uses advanced cheap AI reasoning technology to analyse unstructured text and extract requirements details in a structure format. You can further analyse your structured outcome to identify ambigeous, conflicting, or duplicating content, and easily label/tag your requirements for further analysis.

The tool can give directions, but it will never replace human decision-making.

AI Analysis Access

This AI-powered analysis (DeepSeek) is a separate, pay-per-use service - $1.00 AUD per hour, buy exactly the time you need.

Total: $1.00 AUD

This tool uses DeepSeek, a large language model, to read your project notes the way a human analyst would - understanding context, intent, and structure directly, rather than pattern-matching against keywords or vector similarity.

  • Genuine Language Understanding: Each category (Requirements, Risks, Assumptions, and so on) is analyzed with its own dedicated request to DeepSeek, using a category-specific prompt - the model reads your actual text and reasons about what belongs in each category, rather than scoring sentences against a fixed probe.
  • Section-Aware Extraction: DeepSeek is instructed to prefer a dedicated section for a category when one exists in your document (e.g. an "Assumptions" heading), and to fall back to reading the rest of the text only when no such section is present - closer to how a person would actually work through a document.
  • Original Wording Preserved: The model is instructed to extract your text as written wherever possible, rather than paraphrasing or summarizing - so extracted items keep their original technical terms, numbers, and phrasing.
  • Real Logical Reasoning for Conflicts: The Conflicts check asks DeepSeek to reason about whether two items can both be true at the same time - genuine contradiction detection, not just "these sentences are worded differently." Each flagged conflict comes with a short explanation of what actually contradicts.
  • Judgment-Based Ambiguity, Grouping, and Tagging: Ambiguity, Grouping, and Tag Discovery are each single requests covering your whole list at once, so the model can reason about the items in relation to each other - explaining, in plain language, why something reads as vague, why items belong together, or why a tag applies.

Every DeepSeek result includes a short, human-readable reason alongside its confidence score - so you can see exactly why the AI made a given call, not just a bare number.

info Quick Start Guide
  1. Paste or Edit: Use the TinyMCE editor to paste project notes or documentation. DeepSeek will handle the HTML formatting automatically.
  2. Select Artifacts: Choose the categories you wish to extract (e.g., Requirements, Scenarios).
  3. Tune Probes: (Optional) Use the Advanced Settings to adjust the extraction guidance given to DeepSeek for each category, if you're looking for highly specific or niche information.
  4. Analyse: Each selected category is sent to DeepSeek individually, so extraction may take a little longer than the free tool - this is the tradeoff for more careful, per-category reasoning.
  5. Refine & Export: Review the results in the scrollable tables, edit, check duplicates, check conflicts, remove any "noise," and export your structured data to CSV for Jira or Excel.
